Nowruz greetings from the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to South Africa

Dear compatriots, esteemed Iranians residing in South Africa, 

The noble and gracious people of South Africa, 

And all lovers of culture and literature, 

 

As the blessed month of Farvardin approaches, when nature adorns itself in new garments and the earth is rejuvenated by the freshness of spring, Nowruz, this eternal heritage of our ancestors, arrives once again with unparalleled grandeur. Nowruz, a symbol of rebirth, renewal, and the unbreakable bond between humanity and nature, brings a message of hope, peace, and solidarity to all people of the world. 

As the new solar year, 1404, begins in the name and remembrance of God, I, on behalf of the Islamic Republic of Iran, extend my heartfelt congratulations on the arrival of Nowruz and this ancient celebration to all Iranians, especially those residing in this beloved land, and to the esteemed people and government of South Africa. 

Nowruz, this ancient festival, is not only for Iranians but for all who cherish culture, peace, and friendship. It is an opportunity to reaffirm our commitment to human values and peaceful coexistence. I hope that this auspicious Nowruz will further strengthen the bonds of friendship and constructive cooperation between Iran and South Africa in all fields.
