 With utmost delight, I would like to express my congratulations for a successful Presidential Election and for Your Excellency’s re-election as the President of the Republic of South Africa.

This victory could usher in a new chapter of service to the revolutionary people of South Africa and the promotion of bilateral relations in all fields especially economy.

I would like to add, the accession of the Islamic Republic of Iran to BRICS in the meeting hosted by South Africa and during Your Excellency’s Chairmanship, has been a watershed moment in the multilateral cooperation between the two countries alongside the satisfactory bilateral relations. 

With Your Excellency as the head of the government, I am confident these relations shall be on the path to ever-increasing progress. 

I pray to the Almighty God to bestow good health and success upon Your Excellency and felicity and prosperity upon the people of the friendly country of Republic of South Africa.
