In the name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful  His Excellency Cyril Ramaphosa President of the Republic of South Africa  With utmost delight, I would like to express my congratulations for a successful Presidential Election and for Your Excellency’s re-election as the President of the Republic of South Africa. This victory could usher in a new chapter of service to the revolutionary people of South Africa and the promotion of bilateral relations in all fields especially economy. I would like to add, the accession of the Islamic Republic of Iran to BRICS in the meeting hosted by South Africa and during Your Excellency’s Chairmanship, has been a watershed moment in the multilateral cooperation between the two countries alongside the satisfactory bilateral relations.  With Your Excellency as the head of the government, I am confident these relations shall be on the path to ever-increasing progress.  I pray to the Almighty God to bestow good health and success upon Your Excellency and felicity and prosperity upon the people of the friendly country of Republic of South Africa.                             Mohammad Mokhber Acting President of the Islamic Republic of Iran
